I prefer to smile in photos but there wasn’t any I liked from this set. Regardless….The Killers’ second album, Sam’s Town, is one of my favorites and it was cool getting to see an exhibit of it at the Springs Reserve Museum in Las Vegas. That taxidermy piece behind me is a Big Horn Sheep and they’re native to the Mojave Desert, which is also where the city of Las Vegas locates itself, and home to The Killers. This sheep was featured on the cover of Sam’s Town, and I thought that was really cool! All that to say: I’m way more excited than I look in this photo but I couldn’t use the other ones because I was cheesing too hard.
